If your appointment request is accepted you will be notified by email.
We require proof of rabies vaccination every January to be brought in prior to appointments. You can bring a copy to us or text us a picture to put on your pups profile.
Every January All clients, pre-existing or not, must complete and sign a new client form for the year to be put on your pups profile.

A groom and a bath are both full service packages which include:
- Massaging Bath
- High Velocity Blow Dry
- Anal Glands Expressed
- Ears Cleaned
- Nails Cut
- A Spritz of Long-Lasting Cologne
- Bandana or Bow
Our groom and bath prices are fully inclusive, and the prices are non-negotiable and are set to include all services listed above.

FYI
Most of our services last around 2/3 hours, but it all depends on how long it takes for the coat to dry. You are more then welcome to wait with your pup in the lobby. While we prefer your dog to be picked up within 45 minutes of the completed groom, they are more than welcome to stay until closing if we have been notified 48 hours prior to your pups scheduled appointment.
If you need your pup to come earlier than our opening hours or if they need to stay later than our closing hours, call ahead of time and let us know. We are more then willing to work with you when it comes to your pets needs in any way but if we are not notified 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment then daycare fees will be applied to the total of your grooming.
Set up Recurring Appointments for 10% off!
We offer recurring appointment schedules. You can take the hassle out of scheduling grooming appointments. We can pre-schedule your pup in our salon during checkout for every 4/6/8/10 weeks till the end of the year. All appointments will be scheduled for the same day of the week and at the same time of day. If we ever have to move your scheduled appointment due to vacation or a day off you will be notified and/or moved to the week prior or week after depending on what works best for your schedule. It will be on same day or the week and at the same time of your regular grooming schedule.
Starting in 2024 if you are on a recurring grooming schedule you will receive 10% off on grooming prices throughout the year. If you miss an appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance and you are set up on a recurring schedule you will no longer be qualified for the 10% off and will go back to the regular pricing.
If you miss 3 or more appointments you will have to come into the salon and prepay for future appointments when booking an appointment.
